What is “CMP?”
The CMP is a mentorship program suitable for individuals or group that desire to undertake a career in consulting business. Consultancy involves specific experts who offer professional advice, guidance, and actionable solutions to businesses/individuals experiencing issues they can’t deal with in-house. This implies that the CMP offers tips, tools, and techniques to help you become your best as a successful professional adviser (think consultant, coach, or freelancer), but grounded in reality.
That is, under this program we do not over promise, nor make extravagant claims. We do not offer any get-rich-quick techniques. Instead, through program “guides,” our content, our support, and our coaching, we’ll increase your chances of reaching your goal of running a successful practice.
The program Cost is UGX 400,000 or USD 115 for one month.
About the Mentor
Hi! I’m Balikuddembe Kizito (BK), Head of Consultancy Mentorship Program (CMP). I have over 10 years of consulting experience – from working with “big organizations” to my own individual practice. Over my career, I’ve helped a number of individuals and firms launch into consultancy business successfully.
I’ve got the “requisite” degrees and certifications. But don’t think that you have to have them to be a successful professional advisor/Consultant. It helps (and in some professions, it’s legally required), but they are not the critical skills necessary to run a consultancy business. I’ve experienced what works, and what doesn’t. If we start this journey together, I’ll share that knowledge with you.
My mission is to help at least 2000 people start up consultancy practice while knowing that someone has their back as they move up the pinnacle of success.
